All of them work at once. Each effect turns on when blood quality reaches its threshold — like the bar in the game. Percentages are for 100% quality.
The secondary blood gives one of its first three effects — pick it. The fourth always works.
Secondary blood is optional. Dracula's blood is not available in the arena.
One command below does it all: equips armor and amulet, sets spells, the ultimate and five passives, gives jewels with stats and eight weapons with infusion, applies coatings, drinks the elixir and changes your blood. Your fighter gets everything chosen here — the previous loadout is removed.
